This year the following places cant be touched:

Potential accidents, catastrophes and also medical problems.
Dont face NE3 too. But can sit with back facing NE3.

2. N - 337.5 - 22.5 degree - 3 killings
Potential repercussions include mishaps and accidents, robberies, theft, loss of wealth and material possessions, as well as persistent health troubles and complications.

Use metal to neutralise the negative 5 yellow energy.

4. SW3 - 232.5 - 249 degree - year breaker
If triggered, outcome will be even worse than the ones triggered by the Grand Duke.

Ba Zhai or Eight Mansions

Bazhai is also known as Eight Mansions. It is a type of fengshui method.

In the simplest form, this method basically identify your best and worst direction and let you use the best and avoid the bad. But there are more to this system. Now I will just keep things simple.

To calculate life gua for people born before year 2000 :
1. Add up the last 2 digits of the year of birth.
2. Reduce to single digit.
3. For male, minus from 10, and for female, add 5.
4. The result is the Gua Number.

To calculate life gua for people born after year 2000 :
1. Add up the last 2 digits of the year of birth.
2. Reduce to single digit.
3. For male, minus from 9, and for female, add 6.
4. The result is the Gua Number.

For male, gua 5 = 2.
For female, gua 5 = 8.

===============================

Sheng Qi represents life generating Qi. This star represents the Wood element. It governs success, authority, nobility, status and wealth in life. It is best to have your main door at Sheng Qi if you are looking for wealth. If a kid is lazy, make him sleep with his head pointing to his Sheng Qi direction to make him active.

Tian Yi represents the Earth element. It is noble people (mentors), people of caliber and status, as well as health prospects. It is also suitable for recuperating or resting. It also governs the aspects of a person's respectability and oratory powers, such as his or her power of speech in convincing and persuading others.

Yan Nian represents the Metal element. This star governs the aspects of networking, communication and relationship building. It is also important for family harmony and domestic bliss. For couples looking forward to having kids, should make sure this sector in their house is not missing.

Fu Wei represents the Wood element. It is for self cultivation, studies, improve concentration, meditation and sleeping.

Huo Hai represents Earth element. It is the harbinger of mishaps, loss of wealth, sudden (unfortunate) changes or hassles, as well as work related obstacles. If you have the main door in Huo Hai, everything will go wrong.

Wu Gui represents Fire element. This star is the bringer of betrayal, ill intentioned gossips, rumors, backstabbing, cruelty, petty people and even subterfuge and sabotage.

Liu sha represents Water element. It is the harbinger of lawsuits, bodily injuries and harms, robberies, scandals, adultery and the need for people to undergo physical surgery.

Jue Ming represents Metal element. It is total disaster, life threatening and loss of wealth.

Note :
1. Anything external will supercedes the internal.
2. House Gua will supercedes life gua.
3. Kitchen should be located in a negative area.
4. A positive sector is more important than a positive direction.
5. Locate the main door in a positive sector.
6. Stove knobs should face a favourable direction of the breadwinner.
7. Use the controlling cycle to control the bad sectors, e.g. for a huo hai main door, use the wood element.
8. In own house, gua # must not be missing or store room otherwise it wont benefit the owner. Check the gua # against the luoshu.

Center of a Property

The center of a property is called "Heavenly Heart".

It should always be left open, spacious and undisturbed.

Toilets, kitchens, store rooms and staircases must never be in the center of the property.

Water features, a Yang component, cannot be located in the center of the property.

DON'Ts for kitchen

1. Stove must never be align with the kitchen door. Qi will rush in too quickly and headlong into it.

2. Stove should never be in the center of the kitchen.

3. Never place the stove under a beam.

4. Stove must be placed against a wall.

5. Stove and sink must never be side by side. There must be at least a gap of 2 feet in between to prevent "Fire and Water clash".

6. Stove and sink must never be opposite each other as well.

People who stay in houses facing D & E will have financial issues and health issues. Their faces will be gloomy and dark.

Main door is more serious than house facing. If the main door faces the D & E line, just tilt the door slightly. However too much tilting will cause a crooked Qi mouth.

How to take directions

1. Look at the house and determine which side the house face.
Sometimes the house facing and the main door facing is different.
The facing of the house is determined by the side with the most activity.

2. Stand in middle portion of the house and take the directions.
The middle of the house is not necessarily the front door.

Once the direction is confirmed, super impose the 24 mountains chart onto the floor plan.

8 pie chart is used to check the EXTERNAL feature.
9 palaces grid is used to identify the LOCATIONS of the different sector of a property.

San He Sky Horse

This is another method that Joey taught in the seminar - using San He to activate sky horse. This is indirectly related to wealth coz once activated, salesman will move more and hence more income.

Year branch - Sky Horse
Tiger, Horse, Dog - Shen
Snake, Rooster, Ox - Hai
Monkey, Rat, Dragon - Yin
Pig, Rabbit, Goat - Si

Same way of activation as the nobleman star. Activate with water. Outdoor water is better than indoor water.

San He Nobleman Star

I went to Joey's Walking the Dragon seminar on 14th June 2009 and this is one of the things he taught.

Using San He methos to activate the nobleman star.

Day master - nobleman
Jia, Wu, Geng - Chou & Wei
Yi & Ji - Zi & shen
Bing & Ding - Hai & You
Ren & Gui - Mao & Si
Xin - Wu & Yin

First you got to find you Day Master. Then based on that refer to the chart above and find your nobleman location. Activate the location with water. This is also for kid's education so can pass w/o much study (meaning they will pick the correct questions to learn).

As a guide, 1000 ft2 house, use a 3' aquarium x 1' to 2' water.

He also mentioned that for nobleman to appear, you have to open your mouth and ask. Which is correct coz if you didnt open your mouth to ask for help how can a nobleman help you, right?
